It is our privilege to inform you that the Pioneer Police Department has an officer on duty 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We pride ourselves by having an outstanding response time of approximately 1 minute 30 seconds from the time we are dispatched to a call to our arrival on scene to better serve this community.

Often Pioneer's residents will call the our office number expecting to make contact with an on duty Police Officer, however, because our officers are routinely on patrol we have obtained a local number that will ring into the Williams County Central Communication (located in Bryan, OH).

This number is manned 24 hours a day and the Communications Officer will have direct radio contact with the Pioneer Police Officer on duty at all times.
